At Spebarn & Sprout we stand behind each of our products, and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to materials, safety and construction is our priority. At Spebarn & Sprout we personally inspect all merchandise prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage, and we will arrange for a replacement. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please allow us the opportunity to resolve any concerns you may have. We want each customer to be happy and LOVE their items!

We will accept returns and exchanges of items if:

  • Items are returned within 30 days of customer receipt.
  • Items are returned in good condition .
If you discover an item has a defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange.

To return (or exchange) your purchase, email us at spebarn@gmail.com indicating that you would like to return your order, securely package your return, and send it back to us using one of these options:

  • Purchase shipping via a traceable method with the shipper of your choice.
  • Contact us for a return label. The cost for a return label is based on our shipping & handling rate which ranges from $5.80 to $7.40 depending on your location. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, the item you receive in exchange will ship for free.

Within 10 days, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the original purchase price once the item(s) are received and processed. Your original shipping fee is not refundable.

Exchanges will be issued for the original purchase price. Your exchanged item(s) will ship for free.
